I am finding, as I look through the various accounts that I have hosted here at FanStar.org, that some of you seem to be a bit confused as to where your files actually go when you upload them, either through the CPanel File Manager OR via FTP, so here’s some helpful information about that:

IN YOUR FANSTAR.ORG ACCOUNT, ALL OF YOUR FILES AND FOLDERS GO INTO THE FOLDER THAT IS NAMED “public_html“. That is the only folder where you put files that are to be made viewable on the Web.

Here’s the server path to your “public_html” folder: /home/username/public_html/

(username = your CPanel username)

You should NOT be putting your files into any other folder on the server. Only in your “public_html” folder.
